to be with exchange of your NA stuff in good condition, which we have every intention of selling. This is stated in our advertisements for the conversion as well as expressed before work is done. If the customer doesn't have an NA motor or its completely unusuable we tack on an extra $1000. In Doug's case the motor had bad compression on one cylinder. Well besides the fact that we already have a unreasonable amount of bad motors stored, we give some credit for the fact that we can use his block as a core for rebuilding. So we only tacked $500 on to the price. We didn't charge him to take his stuff, that's crazy, we don't do things like that. For the money we think our conversions are a good deal with everything including the details we put into them. All our conversions leave here with over 100 more hp than a stock TT with lots of the reliablity and maintainence issues covered. For those who might baulk at that pricing, get some quotes for what it is we are offering (not just a bare bones swap) from some of the other trusted names in the business.
